Perth Property Managers – Any suggestions ?

Hi we have almost completed our investment property in Tapping Perth. We are looking for an experienced property manager who doesn't charge too much but also provides extras like photos of the house upon inspection and thorough reference checking.

If anybody knows of somebody can they please pass on their details to me.

I am sure most people know the value of a GOOD and honest property manager not one that just collects their fee.
