    Hi Fellow property investors. I live in Brisbane and am looking at the possibility of expanding my deck. Can anyone tell me the setback distance my deck has to be from my neighbours fence. eg how far does my dwelling have to be from the fence. I am looking at adding a starecase that gives access to my back yard. Thanks

    BCC setback is 1.5m from side boundary

    Currently we operate exclusively on the Northside of Brisbane. However, we have plans of setting up a new division that will cover the Ipswich area. This should happen around mid 2008.
