    Does anyone know of some reputable local wealth bulding/real estate investment coaching services? I was mentored by Hybrid Group in New Zealand and I am thinking of getting involved in the education aspect of property investment as well. I wonder what qualifications are required.

    You might want to do a Dip and Financial Planning so you meet ASIC's PS 146 requirements for giving financial advice.

    Terry, thanks for the suggestion. I'm continuing the research and have found a course that seems to be exactly what I need, through Deakin…I will try to determine the usefulness of completing this course.
