    Hi, further to my last post, am moving interstate and need to get a car and furniture sent up there. We would prefer to send the car rather than drive, how is this done?? Train?  Should we send furniture and car up together.. .somehow? Does anyone know approximate costs on these removal fees  and any good company recommendations?
