I am planning to re valuate my commercial property.

    1) Does any one know about good valuators in Melbourne
    2) If the Valtions come higher than the vlaue I have purchased. Will bank charge me again for their valuation when they are lending me money on the equity.

    Please advise.

    Regards,
    Hari Yellina.

    Hello Hari

Why don't you ring up your current lender and ask who they get to do their commercial valuations. This way you should not need a new valuation if you go back to your current lender for a top up. In fact you could also check this with them when you ring.

    Cheers

    Elka,

I have given a call to my Lender / Mortagage Broker, He has asked me to get my own Valuation. So, I am going to get new valuation and go and see some good brokers from this website and see how we go from there.

    Regards,
