    Hi,

    The purchase of our first property is imminent, and I'm looking to surround myself with a team of experienced and recommended advisors.

    The pre-requisite is that  the professionals

    a: have personally helped you in building your portfolio
    b: have investment properties themselves.

    Ideally, they need to be based on the Northern beaches so I can visit them face-face easily.

    Appreciate your time in responding.

    As no one has answered your question yet I will offer my 2 bobs worth.

    Try Terry W from Discovery Home Loans who is a long time contributor to the forum. Terry is very experienced in the finance field in Sydney.

    You cant too far wrong with him.

    I'm new to this forum and based in Adelaide, but I have read numerous posts from both Richard Taylor and Terry W and they both put forward intelligent and logical posts with regards to finance and investment so give Terry a call. I'm sure he'll be able to help you.

    Hi Neil,

    The company is Compass Finance. I met the director who has a large number of properties utilising the buy/renovate/hold strategy. A strategy which I have always been keen on adopting. In the short space of time that I have been dealing with them, she has come up with a lot of creative ideas on how best for me to move forward with my investments. very happy thus far.
