    Hi everyone!

    We are about to go into an investment partnership with a good friend – buying a unit.  We know the danger this could lead to and would like to draw up an agreement first up so there will be nothing later on that may damage the long friendship.
    Does anyone have or know where we could look up a copy of partnership agreement for property investment?

    hi,

    google "pod property"  they have done up the documents just that, for a fee of about $350.
