My partner and I are wishing to buy an apartment/property in Perth.
Problem; Our current monthly income is nil as we are both still at uni!!
BUT….. we graduate at the end of the year as a doctor and pharmacist with an expected combined gross income of $120,000. The following year this should increase by at least 50% again.
So, we are looking for an investor looking to 'sell' his/her property to us on 'flexible' terms – ie basically we are up for any stratagy.
We don't want to stretch the budget for our first home so we are aiming for a place approx $350,000.
It would ideally be close to Sir Charles Gairdiner Hospital in Nedlands (we consider Como close).
Unit/apartement/house/duplex we are open to anything.
