It has a reputation for being a bit rough, with quite a few housing commission (or ex-housing commission) houses in the area.

I've spent a substantial amount of time in that general area early last year and I would recommend away from it, it's got a reputation for being a bit rough for a reason.
Just my thoughts, comments and opinions.
    Cheers :)

    How close to Rosanna station?
If you are bordering Rosanna I would consider it.
Heidelberg heights has had some good growth.
Heidelberg west is worse. Both for reputation and growth.
I lived in the Commission area of reservoir for a few years and experienced quite good growth there as well.
