    I was wondering if any forumites have had dealings with Perry Homes in Queensland in the past 12 months. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    why not check with the QMBA or BSA …Perry Homes will be members of both of these institutions… you can ask them about complaints made against the builder, check the builder is financially secure, whether there are any legal problems… etc etc…
