I purchased an apartment in a building that was being redeveloped and now almost all the apartments have been sold the developer informed us they want the Body Corporate to purchase the room the hot water services are in or they will sell the room to a local contractor for storage.
How can a developer sell a room that contains essential services to the building, wouldn't this be Common Property ?
