    Hi
    This is my 1st ? on the forum so I was wondering if someone has an answer to my probable stupid ? My husband and I are looking to by land in regional WA and the seller has just listed it exclusively with a real estate agent but we would like to purchase privately, is this possible even though it's listed exclusively?
