    Hello,
    can anyone shead some light on Retirement village entry exit fees on strata title?
    also how do the other fees work?
    bc, rates, management, (can they collect the rent?  what is their purpose) is there usually a maintence fee ontop for the shared resources, pool, hall ect.
    Anyone had any luck in this area of investing.

    side note- are established mobile homes a stupid investment?
