    G'Day People,

    First of all very excited coz I'm about to buy my first property :)

    Can anyone who have had good experience with any of the above please recommend them here?

    Also in regards to Building and Pest Inspections, it in generally done before the signing of the C.O.S or during cooling off period?

    Also what should I pay attention to in the Contract of Sale?

    What is meant by easements and inspection professional indemnity?
