    Hi Does anyone out there have experience with Cashflow Capital??? They offer cashflow properties at what appear to be inflated prices/rents.  Wondering if anyone can comment?

    Hi,

    I just got some info from Cashflow but havn't had a chance to go through it yet.  Will let you know my thoughts once I have.  Hope to get to it over the weekend.

    Hi NightHawk,     When I first heard about their website I called and left a message wanting to know about properties in a particlar area and never got a return call.  If you do a search on this website I think their are others that also got no response from them.  Tara.
