If you're looking for a traditional/classic style house then have a look at http://www.harkawayhomes.com.au/

    Thanks Amanda!

I am a newbie and needed some ideas or suggestions from experienced investors. I was wondering if anyone has tried this before… My plan is to put a kit home at the back of a rental property to increase cash flow..  land area is approx 866 sqm thought kit homes are cheaper to build given the fact that I have limited resources.. what do you guys think? any suggestions please.

    Thank you..

Perhaps you could also consider a removal house?  Its a lot of work if you like to renovate but cheaper than a kit home.

You can try drakehomes.com.au for removal homes, or
    halleyhomes.com.au for kit homes
