G'Day every one. I novice investor that is looking for a PI partner base Sydney Metro / Centeral Coast. My motivations for doing so are;
1 Two brains are better then one.
2 Sharing of the work load.
3 Sharing of ideas
4 Sharing of capital
What can I bring to the equation?
1 Qualified Project Manager
2 Very logical approach
3 Capital
4 Financial & Commercial background
5 Enthusiasm and Motivation

Hey guys i have also being looking for oppurtunities to enter the property market- i have the drive and motivation all i believe i need is either an equity/cash injection which i dont have or maybe a partner or two to help pave the way and soften the burden.
