    I have definitely got the investing bug and am keen to get into my next property.

    Does anyone know of lenders that will lend over 100% of an investment property costs? Ie – purchase price and legals/stamp duty??

    Hi RL – Great stuff.
    As far as loan goes, answer is yes, up to 110% LVR, but not without equity in another property. So that is effectively no for many investors/buyers.
    There are other options – how is your 'loan servicing' ability? Money to burn, on a tight weekly budget, or somewhere in between?

    Yes, there are a few ways you can acheive that, subject to your income. Which is best would depend on your personal circumstances. Give us some more info.
