Does anyone know of good Building and pest report inspectors in the brisbane area?
What should I be careful off ?
I called one inspector and he said he will do both for $390 but wants me to transfer the money first.

I would always be careful not to use a company that also carries out pest treatments.
1. Will allow you to go onsite with them at the end of the inspection to point out any specifics
2. Will phone you with a report shortly after the inspection is conducted
3. Gives you a written report, not hand written though
4. Member of relevant industry association with appropriate insurances

I would like to recommend A1 building inspectors. They were great. They do/are all of the things opportunity listed.
I have used Andrew Mackintosh from Action Property Inspections and I cannot fault them. From the moment I called their office, they were nothing but professional.
