Mortgage broker on Gold Coast-help needed

Hi,
We are looking for a mortgage broker on the Gold Coast who is experienced with property investing and is a property investor themselves. Can anyone out there recommend anyone?? We have met at least 5 and so far have been very unhappy with the results.
We are looking to refinance and purchase another 2-3 properties over the next 2 months.

Have you tried ASAP Financial Services ? I have used them and found them ok

I am not Gold Coast based but have many clients all over SE Qld and hold a decent property portfolio myself so understand the needs of investors.

Hi, we have dealt with Mortgage Choice at Miami, a guy by the name of James. We have bought 3 houses in the last year with a lot of help from their team. It is safe to say that without their help we would not have been able to secure our last two properties. They did some creative work for us.

Rolf Latham at ASAP is one of the best brokers I know. If you contact him tell him I said G'day.
