I have purchased a block of land in the St. George area and would like to get a Builder (project home style) to build a 2 storey home. Can anyone recommend a builder whom they have used ? I need to build promptly on approval and would like to get some feedback from experienced owners of homes.

My parents recently built their custom-design home with Wincrest Homes (also in the St George area). Overall they are pretty happy with the quality and customer service. They were also pretty accommodating in terms of making changes to the design. The whole building process could have been more straightforward but they did complete construction well inside the contracted time. My advice is to read and re-read all the fine print until you fully understand every clause in the contract. You should also check any upgrades and make sure that they are written into the contract.
