Its a shame how wrong ACA can be even the REI – rent to own is a lease with an option to purchase … there IS NO INTEREST tsk tsk tracey… do renters pay interest …. … hmmmm maybe ACA needs to go back to the books and do some real research …

Lease with options are regular every day tools that commercial and industrial property agents, buyers and owners use even the government buys and sells using leases with options….. typical one sided story … why don't ACA do a story on how McDonalds uses leases with options …….or Harry Triguboff ……or the government …………

I'd like to know where you can buy a home in Newcastle for $96K …….

And no wonder they couldn't get people to comment who wants to talk about being "REJECTED" BY THE MAIN STREAM BANKING SYSTEM … its like not getting it up on the your first bonk … you certainly don't share that with your mates !!!!

The episode of ACA I saw concentrated on the 'missed payment' eviction of a family, that missed a payment, thereby terminating the contract, and forfeiting the monies paid to date.

The problem is that many people see with less options see it as their only option, and are easy prey for anyone who has deliberately setup the terms and conditions so that they WILL foreclose (if that is the right term) or terminate the contract due to a breach of conditions, ie one missed payment, to retain years of payments, AND the property.
