    Hi All

Just a question about buying under value property?

Does this mean when you buy an under value property you are buying below the mediam house prices for that area?

    regards

I might be wrong but i believe it means know the market surrounding the property and recognise a property that is asking less than similar properties in surrounding area. They may need to sell or it has a few easy fix problems that are making it sell for less.As far as buying under the medium house price. i believe that to be a good practise more than anything.

It means that the valuation is below the purchase price.

    Hey Dr Spock,

Are you meaning to buy a bargain?  If so I a believe that I would refer to an under value property as a property which the purchase price is less than the valuation.  Therefore getting it cheaper than market price.

    Cheers
    Chris
