    Hi guys,

My uncle has 10 properties that he bought in WA over the years before the boom and he is now fully retired and living off the equity. His wife runs a b&b which they own freehold, but that is just to keep her busy. Anyway, he bought a few properties through the investors club.
They basically encourage you to buy new/near new properties in high growth areas and negatively gear them for maximum tax benefit/ depreciation etc.
I am thinking we will use them for our next IP (to be purchased in my partners name).
Does anyone have any experience with them?

    Cheers,
    Emma

Might want to do a search on the Investors Club (Club what a lauf).

They are a money making marketing organisation.
