HDT deeds been approved by ATO

Hi,

I want to set up a HDT with a corporate trustee, I have been researching the forum knowing that recently there was an ATO private ruling in relation to the HDT. A lot of people in the forum mentioned about the deeds from Chris Batten, Nick and DG, could anyone please advise any of their deeds been looked at by the ATO and get approved? (Certainly no deeds are the same, it all depends on people circumstances) I read from other forums that Chris Batten's one got the ATO approval, how about the one from DG or Nick? Appreciate your comment. Thanks.
