We have just put an offer in for our first investment property (which we are pretty confident that we will get) in the Gold Coast.
Situation is the real estate that is selling the property are not the property managers of the property and there are tenants in there with a 12 month lease on it.
We are happy to keep the tenants in there for their lease but were wondering if anyone could recommend good property management firms in the Gold Coast who actually are pro-active in doing things ie: inspections etc etc….
We aren't sure who the current ones are but just wanted to get some recommendations just incase they turn out to be s**t.
Please advise!!!
