    The obvious answer is you need to subscribe to Property Divas of course!!

    Otherwise there's a new magazine out called "Your Investment Property" well worth a look,  plus Michael Yardneys free newsletter at Property Update or Kirsty Dunphey produces an inspirational weekly email.

    "Your Investment Property"  seems to be produced by the same publisher as "Your Mortgage".  Shelf price is $9.95, but you can subscribe for 6 issues at $29.95.  Have a look in your local newsagent.  Similar format to API.

    Hi Tatts,

    I subscribe to these email newsletters, and I think they are fantastic…

    Margaret Lomas / Destiny – https://www.destiny.net.au/vipregistration.aspx

    Hans Jakobi / Real Estate Secrets – http://www.realestatesecrets.com.au

    And of course the Steve McKnight PropertyInvesting.com newsletter as well !!!

    Thanks,

    Hi Tatts,

    There is loads of free information on the net; however finding them an be difficult.

    The most comprehensive eNewsletters that I've come across for Australian property investors are;

    API newsletter – http://www.apimagazine.com.au/newsletter

    Property update (as above)

    Real real estate investing – http://www.real-realestateinvesting.com/blog/

    If you are willing to pay $70 a pop, Terry Ryder writes reports that you can purchase on his website http://www.hotspotting.com.au I swear by them and they have helped me make decisions ahead of the pack that have delivered tremendous capital growth in a short period of time.

    In terms of magazines, API has been around for 10 years and just keeps getting better! It's only $8.95 and the information is spot on. I found a discounted subscription at http://www.apimagazine.com.au/rea so you can get it for only $75 for a year!

    I know its only a newcomer, but Your Investment Property is bi-monthly, more expensive ($9.95) has less content and is mainly advertorial. Still it has a nice glossy look and is ok for beginners, but doesn't deliver the bang for your buck that API does.

    Hope this helps!

    Terry Ryders reports have been of use to me not only in property but also in employment by giving me a heads up and confirmation of upcoming infrastructure projects.
