    Hi folks…

Received an A4 sheet of paper in the mail today. An "invitation" to a "presentation". Has a tiny font size to squeeze all the hype in. Is just folded in thirds and has "To The Taxpayer" printed on the back. If you attend you receive a free Jan Somers book. Anyway… The headline reads:

"The Government is Giving away Millions of Dollars to help Taxpayers to invest in property! This Money Does not Have to be Paid Back."

Ignoring their atrocious use of capitial letters… What government practice are they referring to?

Edit: Just noticed a business name – they are called, "People with Property".

Oh, is THAT All – LOL!    I thought it must have been something new coming out with the budget, etc. that I'd missed hearing about.

    Thanks…
