Does anyone have a copy of Martin Ayles book – You need a rocket, to either sell or if you are willing to make it available to borrow. I am trying to hunt one down with no avail! It is no longer in print and i can't find it in good book stores or second hand internet sites…………..

I've got a copy which I picked up for $2 in one of the Coop bookshops about a year ago. I am still only halve way thorugh though. Its not a bad book from memory.
