    Hi everyone!

We are still reeling from last month’s fabulous meeting. It is hard to believe that we squeezed over 90 people into our little room last month. What a fantastic night, brilliant speakers, and weren’t Dean & Elise just amazing???

Due to the increased number of people now attending these meetings, we have had to relocate to a much larger room, otherwise we will be charged under OH&S law for overcrowding!! Fortunately, we do not have to move buildings as the new room is located at the opposite end of the New Hope Baptist Church, in the Community Events Room (map link below). This is a fantastic new room, with a stage & two big screens so everyone will be able to see what is going on so much better. Unfortunately, this room costs us almost three times as much to hire. We hope you understand that we have to increase the charge to just $10. We are sure you agree with us that for just $10 for about 3 hours of fantastic information & inspiration it has to be the best value property seminar in town!!

Our main speaker this month is Andrew Boer, Senior Lawyer at Moore’s Legal. Andrew will be presenting on common traps of property investing from a legal perspective!

    • Section 32 statements
    • Conditional contracts
    • Cooling Off
    • Stamp Duty
    • GST application
    • Owner Builder rules
    • Adjustments

Andrew, as you will see, is highly experienced in this area, and will be able to answer all your questions on the legal front of property investing. Make sure you come along loaded with questions, as this will be the most inexpensive way to access a legal eagle you will be able to find anywhere. See http://www.mooreslegal.com.au for more info on Andrew & Moores

Our own Neil Gorman from Mortgage Choice again provides us with our monthly dose of financial tips. This month he will be following up on his hot topic of last month, valuations and the effect they have on finance!!

Following on from his hugely successful debut last month, Phil Schibeci provides us with another of his monthly market updates. Phil takes a look at what events are affecting the property market, and gives us his opinion as to how that will affect our property market. This is sure to be an informative ‘macro’ view of the market you should not miss!

Brendan Kelly is back!!! Returning this month is our Supercoach with his regular feature, Crunch the Numbers with Brendan Kelly! The segment is when YOU bring us a deal you are doing, or considering doing, for Brendan to run through the numbers with you. This gives you the opportunity for a second opinion, as well as the whole audience to help you with options or possibilities to help you. If you are game to bring your deal along please contact Troy on [email protected] or 0409 642 261 prior to the night to arrange. Go on, be game!!!
