    Hi there fellow investors!

My Partner and I have just purchased our first IP and we’ve bought the DVD’s from Steve, but was wondering if anyone can break the info down when it comes to setting up a trust, how is it beneficial and other areas. Just wanted to see how many of the SERIOUS investors out there are applying the same strategy? And if it works for them, if not what does.

    Cheers guys

    Hi BinH,

Trusts are extensively used for a variety of reasons. You need to get professional help from an Accountant or Solicitor that has the relevant experience if you are going to consider the benefits compared to the costs.

The benefits are many including asset protection and tax reduction.
