    What would be a greater cost a signboard or removing paint from bricks? Surprisingly, it may not be the cheaper option!

    In regards to the sign on first impressions I wander the seriousness of it or if it's a practical joke or that it might be a wife bitter with a husband or something?

    there are hundreds of houses like this in New Orleans. Land value is basicly zero, and people are selling for very small amounts.

    so of course they wouldnt spend heaps on advertising. and I doubt there are any agents around anyway………
