Has anyone heard of the 4 so called boom suburbs in Sydney? I heard they were Picnic Point, Balmain. Roseville and Menai. Apparently prices are set to boom there? I dunno but i always like to do my homework first as i did with a site i thought was illegal called http://www.dumptheagent.com.au for home buyers so they can avoid paying agents commission. Can anyone confirm on deny these so called 'secret' suburbs?

From memory, the comment was made by a moderator (I think) that there was no "secret" suburbs mentioned, just an advert for a buyers agent, or something like that.

Sales stunt for a Buyers Agent eh? it sounds like one anything with the word "Secret" attached is usually a stunt of some sort
