i currently have two very positive geared investment properties and am building a house to live in. the only drama is that i am tying up $500000 of my equity to purchase the damm thing. this is therefore going to stunt my growth for quite some time. is there any way i can pay without tying up half a mill in equity? my partner couldn't afford the repayments @800per/wk so i dont think i can put it in her name. i really dont want to buy a house and then resent it because it has stopped me in my investing tracks. any help is greatly appreciated.

I would look at earning a passive income elsewhere outside of property firstly and then again invest in the property market. Happy Investing
