    Hi All,

    As per yesterday's WA budget – does anyone know when first home buyers will be able to make use of the "< 500k Stamp Duty Relief"?

    I've heard the 1st July, and I've also heard from mid night last night?  If it is the 1st July then I assume offers and acceptance contracts would have to be signed after 1st July to be applicable?

    My understanding was it's effective immediately (or it should be)
