    Does anyone know of any industrial land for sale in NSW, Vic, Qld?

    I think there is some around Albury/Wodonga. The council in Wodonga particularly is proactively encouraging development through attracting businesses to the area.

    I shall look into it.   Does anyone else have any industrial/commercial land leads – with or without buildings?

    Have you looked at Yatala area in Qld ?  It is midway between Brisbane & Goldcoast, some major developments there. In terms of capital growth & security I can't think of better.

    I know of some good quality land in Townsville down the road from the airport. Also thre is one CFP industrial property I know of on the market (8% net). Let me know if you would like more details.
