I recently made an offer and I am not confident it was passed on to the owner. The property has been on the mkt for 8 months and the agent said just give me an offer. I  wasnt even contacted by the agent as to whether it was refused! First time I have not heard.
I did a title search, but it is owned by a company. I searched on the abn register and it had a discretionary trust as the entity.
Any ideas on how I can track down the owner and pass on my offer?

A simple Company Search will show the registered address of the Company.

Even if this is at there Accountants / Solicitors office the Directors address will be noted.
