can anyone recommend a good accountant for both personal and investing (property) matters.

Talk your current situation over with him and if he isn't the right guy for your needs he will certainly head you in the right direction. Her has helped us through all types of businesses over the years as well as personal taxation matters and all I can say is this is one really decent guy – he has done wonders for us.
