Hi,
I have just searched the site to see if I could find any posts regarding the pros & cons of buying units in retirement villages. The most recent info I could find was posted in July & August 2004. Does anyone have more recent experiences that they could share? Has anyone found strata units that can be traded in the normal fashion without paying large % of any capital gains to the management company?
