Probably need to do some reading, like comparing apples and oranges, they both fruit but different issues growing.

ASX site has good info for people considering LPT,s Endless info available on web forums, or just googling on other investment ideas.

First thing is to have clear in your mind is what you aiming to achieve, growth, income, tax effectiveness and where you at in life, starting out or ready to retire?
