    I have spent the past few years investing in Darwin and I think it is time to take my money and run.  I now want to stick my money somewhere else.

    Does anyone have any thoughts on Ballarat?  I have had a search on the forum but it doesn't look like anyone has proffered an opinion on Ballarat in the last 6 months or so.

    I am ballarat based and I have invested on small scale in Ballarat.
    This town is growing from what i am seeing since last 4 years.
    Because of melb 2030 plan there is an increase in students and certainly good for investment. From what i see low to medium price there is a good opportunity to invest.
