    Hi,

    The PropertyInvesting.Com forum is powered by software called SNITZ Forums 2000.

    While this software is free, the cost of tailoring it to meet the community’s needs are not. A lot of hours and money have gone into making it as you see today.

    But I acknowledge that it is not perfect… well not yet anyway!

    But there are a lot of great things that you can do with this software that are not available on other popular forums.

    For example, you can format your posts using bold, underline or italics

    Plus you can use a whole range of snazzy faces [:)], [:D], [8D], , [B)] etc.

    I encourage you to learn more about how easy it is to use this forum by clicking on the FAQ link under the “property Investing.Com Forums’ heading at the top of this page.

    You are also welcome to post ‘how to’ questions as part of this post.
