CANBERRA INVESTMENT PROPERTY

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to purchase my first property, which will be an investment property.

I have been doing some research with the following firms:

So far the suburbs that have been recommended are Jerrabomberra, O’Connor, Ainslie, Watson, Hackett, Farrer, Banks, Condor and Gungahlin.

Just wanted to get everyones thoughts as it is my first time looking at purchasing a property.

I’ve heard that Jerrabomberra has good capital growth projections but the new jail and aircraft noise scare me a bit.

Anyway, please tell me your thought.
