Im 25 and looking to make my first property invesment.
ive been looking at positiverealestate.com.au, they find properties with high rental return for sale.
Im also looking at buying a property in the gosford area(central coast,nsw) and constructing a duplex or two villas and selling them seperatly, ive noticed masterton homes build duplexes starting at $290000, is that reasonable.
buying a property with high rental return seems the easiest route as im new to all of this.
I earn $100k a year and have around $50k for a deposit.

I can’t help you with where to find +CF properties but i can help in the cost of building. The cost and build price all depends on a few factors such as size of dwelling, fit-out of dwelling and materials.
