Hi there this is my first visit to the forum section so i hope someone can help me out.
I am about to start a project with my brother-in -law and we need help working out what system we should use, ie a family trust or ltd Co etc, in order to minimise our CGT as this is a short termoes value adding project. Does anyone have any ideas on this or know a good financial adviser in Inner West Melbourne or CBD?
