We have just finished Steve’s new book.. only ever made amateur runs into the property market, but would like to make it a career…as he says the big hurdle is the first…no great debit except for our mortage , 2 good incomes–how do you make the financing jump to get started-this seemed to be a chapter for the next book-practical options for the jump!!!!!!
