Basically by way of a heads up if there is anyone on this forum that is also a member of our data base and does not want to be on it can you send an email to [email protected] with unsubscribe in the title. If you have more than one address in the data base could you please include all of them. A new site is being built and we would like to trim down the data base a bit.

If you do want to be on it then yes we are doing the newsletter promised. I have comments about two very significant articles – one published in nz property investor and one about to be published in api.
