Does anyone have any advice in how i would go about borrowing money to buy land. If i was wanting to buy some presale land in a development site, in which i had to pay $100,000 for the land, yet could not build on the land for 12months, and i had to pay the money upfront, what is my best options for borrowing this money, if i didn’t want to use the equity in my own property or cross collateralise ?

You can borrow against the land. I think there are even some 100% loans out there for land.
