    Hi

    I am wondering if someone is able to assist me with my query. I currently reside in Australia and want to buy an investment property in NZ. I will borrow $$ in NZ to purchase the property.

    My question is can I claim any tax deduction from my salary in Australia for the investment property brought in NZ.

    Any guidance on this would really help.
