Question: How or Who could decide the highest and best possible use of vacant commercial land (subject to zoning of course)?
I have identified such pieces in the town I am i – residential has peitered off – yet the town is growing, but as i’m new to investing AND developing, and have been reading books for the past 6months, i need to make the figures work, but in order to do so, I need some opinions.[wacko]Corey Corby
